• Southern Balloons is a wholesale distributor. In order to qualify as a wholesale customer we require a copy of your current resale certificate.
  
• All new accounts must submit a complete credit application that must be approved prior to open account shipping.
  
• All shipments are F.O.B. Miami, FL.
  
• A $75.00 minimum order is required for shipping

• There will be a $30.00 fee for any returned check(s).
  
  
• Discrepancies and damaged goods must be reported within 5 business days from date of delivery.
  
• All returns require prior approval and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  
• For any disputes, your sole and exclusive remedy against SBD is limited to the return and to the replacement of said merchandise. You shall have no right against SBD for incidental or consequential damages such as loss of expected party décor, profits, etc....
