Q. Do I have to be a business to purchase from Southern Balloon Distributors?
A. Yes, in order to receive wholesale prices and be exempt from Florida sales tax. We require a copy of your current resale certificate.
Q. Is there a minimum order amount?
A. Yes, a $75.00 minimum order is required for items being shipped
Q. What methods of payment do you accept?
A. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards, company check with prior approved credit application, COD or wire transfers. Company and personal checks are not accepted for international purchases.
Q. Can I place my order online?
A. Yes, please follow the instructions to the shopping cart and pay with an approved credit card.
Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A. For same day shipping, orders must be placed by 1pm EST. Delivery times depend on the method selected, which can range from overnight air to as much as one week for UPS ground service. Shipping charges will depend on weight, distance and time.
