If you work with a Florida Resale Certificate (tax exempt) please email it to us at sales@southernballoon.com this certificate must be renewed annually. If you do not have this certificate and are ordering within the State of Florida, 7% Sales Tax will be added to your order.

How Our Pricing Works
Our published website wholesale prices for most products will be discounted for volume purchases. When you order over the telephone, you will get a 5% discount on orders of $350 or more. Orders of $850 or more will receive a 10% discount and orders of $1750 or more will receive a 15% discount. Exceptions are that equipment purchases are limited to a 10% maximum discount and there are no discounts for educational materials.

Packaging
Helium Foils are indicated as sold either packaged or flat .
Packaged balloons come in individual packs, ready to hang on a retail rack.
Flat balloons come either flat or folded–ready to inflate at your inflation station.
Mini foils are sold either flat , requiring the use of cups and sticks, a heat sealer and an air inflator, or inflated, with cups attached and sticks included.
For products priced per piece, the Pack Quantity is the Minimum Order Quantity for that item.
