Wholesale Qualifiers

Southern Balloon Distributors is a business-to-business balloon distributor. We only sell wholesale. A valid Resale Certificate is required to become a customer or to receive a catalog. A copy of the Certificate must be mailed or faxed to our warehouse at 305-233-0769 and renewed annually.

For new businesses applying for a Resale Certificate, we will charge Florida sales tax on your order and refund it to you upon receipt of a valid Resale Certificate within 90 days of purchase. After 90 days, you must apply to the State of Florida for a refund.

New Account first-time order minimum is $75.

How Our Pricing Works

Our published website wholesale prices for most products will be discounted for volume purchases. When you order over the telephone, you will get a 5% discount on orders of $350 or more. Orders of $850 or more will receive a 10% discount and orders of $1750 or more will receive a 15% discount.  Exceptions are that equipment purchases are limited to a 10% maximum discount and there are no discounts for educational materials.

Orders of less than $75 will receive a handling charge of $7.50.
